Purpose
Ensure all clients and staff can fully engage in the experience, regardless of ability, context, identity, language, neurodiversity, or circumstance.
The Inclusivity Room is where experience intent is tested against real human diversity.
This room ensures experiences are not only well-designed but also usable, safe, and dignified for everyone, especially under stress, difference, or disadvantage.
Inclusivity here is not a policy.
It is an experience capability.
The Inclusivity Room Exists To:
Remove hidden barriers that exclude unintentionally
Design for difference without diluting quality
Prevent accessibility issues from becoming emotional harm
Ensure fairness is felt, not just stated
Make inclusive experience delivery consistent, not heroic
What this Room Covers
The Inclusivity Room governs five inclusion layers:
Access: Can people physically, digitally, and cognitively engage?
Comprehension: Can they understand what’s happening?
Agency: Can they participate without fear, shame, or dependency?
Belonging: Do they feel respected, safe, and recognised?
Equity: Are outcomes fair, not just identical?
Inclusivity here is experience-led, not compliance-led.
